PM's Citizens' Portal receives over 172,000 complaints in two months
Around 59,632 complaints had been resolved while around 112,477 were yet to be addressed.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – At least 172,109 complaints have been received by the Prime Minister’s Office through a mobile app, PM s Citizens Portal in the past two months.
According to sources, around 59,632 complaints had been resolved while around 112,477 complaints were yet to be addressed.
Sources further informed that at least 25,476 complaints were received from the people of Sindh province out of which 1,558 complaints had been resolved.
The people of Punjab have registered 81,021 complaints in the period of two months out of which 28,503 complaints had been resolved while the remaining were yet to be addressed.
At least 20,939 complaints were received from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province out of which 7,990 had been resolved.
The PM s Citizens Portal was launched by the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government on October 28 this year with an aim to "timely address the problems of the people.
